*Challenging practice! Lots of balance and standing work + core. This class has a lot of flow sequences.

This is a quick little class that focuses on upper body strength, legs and glutes! There are very few breaks. I recommend using light weights.
This is a slow, flow style practice that includes lots of strengthening opportunities for the whole body (and mind). Lots of focus on the glutes, hips, and core. The intensity of this class will sneak up on you!
This is a full-body, gentle, flow style practice that focuses on stretching and relieving tension from the body. In this physical release we may invite a relief of tension from the mind as well.
This practice focuses on shoulder mobility and stability. It also includes lots of challenges for the core.
This practice focuses on shoulder strength, mobility, and stability. It also focuses on strengthening and strengthening the hamstrings.
This is a full body practice that plays with tempo. Sequences are first down slowly and then repeated at a quicker pace.
This practice is slow and even challenging in places. It focuses on active and passive stretching with some challenges for the core.
This class is a mindful movement class that includes the option to use free weights. There is a lot of shoulder strength in this class and some legs as well.
This practice will keep you moving head to toe. We will breathe, move, strengthen, stretch, and flow. This is an energetic practice.
Gently stretch, strengthen, and breathe through this practice that is considerate of both shoulder and knee issues.
