Yoga + Meditation: Strength

Practice yoga in the comfort of your own home. We will stretch, breathe, strengthen and connect. Everyone is welcome. Modifications are provided to make the class accessible. A firm blanket and yoga blocks may be helpful for the practice, but not required.

A recording will be sent out following the practice if you are unable to make it live.
