Yoga for Beginners
JANUARY 24, 6:30 PM Mountain Standard Time

This 4-week series is open to anyone who is new to yoga or needs a refresher. Each class will be taught in a workshop style. You are encouraged to leave your camera on so that I may provide feedback.

We will learn the foundations of popular yoga asanas (postures) and learn how to modify to suit personal needs.

Blocks, blankets, pillows, bolsters, a strap and a chair would all be helpful for this class series, but are not required. Please let me know if you need help sourcing props.

Space is limited to permit individual attention.
