Pop-Up: Yoga Flow + Restore (45 min)

This gentle practice is meant to down-regulate your nervous system, anchor you in the present moment and possibly help you sleep. It includes a gentle, flow based yoga, breathing and restorative style postures.

To enhance your experience, I recommend the following props: bolster or 2-4 firm pillows, 2 blankets, 2 blocks and a strap/band.
