Yoga + Meditation: Stretch

Everyone is welcome to join this one-hour, gentle flow style yoga practice. We will move slowly with the purpose to stretch, breathe, strengthen and release tension.

Props are not required but if you have them you are welcome to use them.

A recording will be sent out following the practice if you are unable to make it live.
