Pop-Up Strength + Stretch (45 Min)

This class is high-energy and moves at a faster tempo. With modifications provided it is very accessible. Expect a little of everything: strength, stretch, breathing & relaxation. We will be using free weights, but all movement can be done without.

To enhance your experience, you may consider the following props: blocks, strap/band, blanket/cushion.
