Enjoy a 5-Pass for Prenatal Yoga or Postnatal (Restore Your Core) on Zoom. Prenatal Yoga runs every Monday evening 7-8pm. Postnatal (Restore Your Core) runs every Tuesday evenings 7:45-8:45pm. These classes are specifically designed to support the prenatal/postnatal experience, prepare for labour/birth and healing postpartum. The movement and meditation helps to relieve physical tension/pain and release stress.
