
This class has been carefully and specifically designed to support the Prenatal experience. Practice breathing, movement & mindfulness through yoga asana, meditation, physical movement & restorative postures. Reduce stress and pain and connect with a community of Mothers.
Blocks and straps are provided. Please bring a pillow (bolster if you have one) and a blanket.
