This is a Yoga + Meditation: Stretch practice. It is a challenging, slow, and mindful. We focus on breathing into the areas that hold the most congestion and stay present with breath and gaze. There is a lot of twisting in different positions and modifications are demonstrated and offered. This practice draws your awareness inward to activate, stabilize, and then eventually release.
Recommended props: 2 blocks, strap, blanket, bolster (optional)
