This gentle, nurturing practice gives time and space to breathe, hold and release tension in the body and mind. This practice was led on a day in which we felt quite a bit of anguish and we let the pain in our hearts lead the movement. It includes restorative postures, gentle flow and stretch.

Recommended Props: Bolster (or two pillows), 2 blocks, strap, blanket
