This practice focuses on tree pose, vrksasana, as a theme throughout to access mobility and relief in the hips. We release stress and tension built up in the physical body by starting slowly with gentle movements, stretching and breathing. We build our way up to more challenging, strength-based postures. The purpose of this practice is to move us out of our thinking minds and into the wisdom and intuition that is within our bodies.
