This dynamic practice blends vinyasa flow with mindful strength work for a powerful and uplifting class. Using light dumbbells, we’ll add stability, sensation, and proprioceptive challenge to familiar postures while building strength and deep core connection. Expect a creative, flowing sequence that’s both energizing and grounding, with plenty of opportunities to explore your edge. We’ll close with an extended 10-minute savasana to restore balance and integration, leaving you feeling strong, steady, and renewed.
