This prenatal yoga practice includes several flow-based sequences that link the breath and movement for a relaxation response. It is an empowering practice that helps us feel graceful and at ease in our ever-changing bodies. There are strength components specifically included to encourage pelvic stability for comfort both on and off the mat. There are also some stretching and mobility components for relief in the back, shoulders and neck - all common areas for discomfort in pregnancy.
