Flow, Stabilize, Mobilize (60 Min)

This is a spicy practice that includes lots of flow sequences and elements to help build strength, specifically in the glutes and core. We work on postures that help to create a sense of stability and strength proximally in the core body so that the distal parts of the body, the limbs, have freedom to move and explore gracefully. Lots of balance, strength, and stretching, all linked to the breath for a meditative and relaxation response.
