This practice includes the perfect combination of challenges, flow, and stretching/restoration. Through yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), and meditation, we address sensation in the body, process it, try to release it, and go deeper inward - connecting to the self and leaving the rest behind. Expect core, balance, and standing postures to be prominent in this practice.
