This is a full-body workout that moves slowly and will bring the heat! You may choose to use free weights or go without - it will still make you sweat. Moving mindfully through challenging patterns of movement to activate the legs, arms, core, shoulders, glutes, and all of it! This class is 30 minutes and doesn’t include a long stretch at the end. I recommend doing your own stretch/cool down or doing one of my 30-60 minute yoga practice to follow.
