This energetic practice focuses on cultivating strength in the mind and the body. Physically we move through spinal rotation, side-body stretching, core activation, standing postures, balance and seated. The practice draws your awareness to the energy that flows through the body and how these lines of energy help refine our postures, our connection to the movement, and eventually deeper yogic experience.
