Prenatal + Postnatal Yoga (60 min)

This is a strong, invigorating Prenatal or Postnatal Yoga practice with quite a bit of standing work but includes rest too! It is dynamic in its movements which are linked to the rhythm of the breath throughout the practice. Upper back discomfort is addressed as is pelvic floor connection, strengthening, and relaxation. Discussed ways to manage round ligament pain and movements to possibly encourage a breech baby to change positions.

Suggested Props: Chair, 2 yoga blocks, blankets, strap, bolster (don't worry if you don't have these props)!
