This is a practice designed to build strength & resilience during pregnancy. There is quite a bit of standing work to strengthen the legs and core and to practice breathing through intensity. Throughout the practice, we weave in important postures in for rest and relaxation. You will learn about the connection between your pelvic floor, breathing, and core.
Recommended props: Bolster (or 2 pillows), blanket, 2 blocks and/or a chair
