This practice focuses on building up to Gomukasana (Cow-Face Pose). We practice lots of mobility and strength to finally practice this posture, and variations of it, at the end. In preparation for this asana we have an opportunity to stretch, and bring awareness and relief to our shoulders, neck and upper back. This is a fun, and challenging practice, that will keep you moving. Your entire body will participate and give the mind a chance to rest.
