Rhythm is a Dancer (60 Min)

This challenging flow and strength based practice focuses on stretching and strengthening the quads, hip flexors, and glutes. There are lots of standing postures to encourage breathing through intensity and the sequences build to a challenging version of dancer's pose. All levels are welcome as modifications and rest are offered.

Recommended Props: Strap, 2 blocks, blanket
