This is a challenging practice designed to strengthen the body and mind. New sequences, challenging balances and core work will keep you guessing and build resilience. The practice also includes lots of pelvic stability and mobility. Modifications are offered throughout and rest is always an option. This is a great practice to come back to observe growth and strength.
