Stretch & Reset (60 Min)

This practice is gentle and slow and focuses on stretching the body to rest the mind. Through breath, slow movement and long holds we activate a relaxation response that allows us to find relaxation and release stress. There are a few challenges in this practice but the option to rest in child’s pose is given throughout.

Recommended props: two blocks, blanket, bolster or two pillows, strap
