This practice moves you head-to-toe and connects you with the breath for anchor and stability. It also sneakily weaves in core strength and postures to encourage support of the body from the trunk. Lots of challenges are balanced out with stretching, rest and opportunity for meditation. This class includes modifications for pregnancy as there was a pregnant participant present at the live class.

Recommended props: bolster (pillows), blanket, strap, blocks
