This practice is designed to bring our awareness to all areas of tension and resistance in the body and then release them. It is a slow flow style movement practice that focuses on linking breath to the transitions and postures. Lots of twists and working through active and passive variations to understand our sensations and deeply connect to the practice.

Recommended Props: 2 blocks, strap, blanket/pillow, bolster/2 pillows
