Yoga for Tension in the Mind & Body (60 Min)

This is a full-body, gentle, flow style practice that focuses on stretching and relieving tension from the body. In this physical release we may invite a relief of tension from the mind as well.

Recommended Props: Two blocks, strap, blanket, bolster or pillow
