All Levels Yoga March, 4-Week Registered Series

*This series is open to all and runs separately from existing memberships and pass cards. If space allows, drop-in options will be made available once the series is confirmed.

This all-levels yoga series offers a supportive, breath-led practice designed to meet you where you are. Each class includes mindful movement, foundational postures, and time for rest, with options and props offered so you can move in a way that feels sustainable and respectful of your body.

Rather than focusing on performance or peak poses, this series emphasizes how we move — building strength, mobility, and ease over time. Whether you are new to yoga or returning to an established practice, you are welcome here.

This is a registered 4-week series, allowing space to build familiarity, confidence, and continuity from week to week.


What to Bring

Please bring:

  • Yoga mat

  • Two yoga blocks

  • Blanket

  • Strap

A limited number of props will be available. If you need to borrow props, please message ahead of time.


Weekly Themes

Week 1: Anchor

A grounding, accessible practice focused on breath, simple shapes, and steady pacing to help you settle into the body and arrive fully on the mat.

Week 2: Strength

A mindful approach to building strength using alignment, breath, and supportive variations to cultivate resilience without over-effort.

Week 3: Mobility

A gently flowing practice that encourages smooth transitions, mobility, and curiosity, with options to slow down or build heat.

Week 4: Integration

A more spacious, integrative practice that weaves together elements from the series, ending with deeper rest to support balance and ease.
