Movement Meditation

Ease into your week with a Monday night practice designed to gently strengthen, release, and restore your body and mind. This class flows with the seasons—embracing a more energizing (yang) practice in the summer and a softer, more introspective (yin) practice in the winter.

Incorporating a blend of yoga, breathwork, and other movement modalities, this class offers a holistic approach to mobility, strength, and deep relaxation. You’ll leave feeling centered, open, and at ease—ready to move through your week with intention.

All levels are welcome, though some experience may be helpful.


If you’re newer to yoga, recovering from an injury, or looking for more support, I recommend trying my Gentle Foundations class on Saturdays first.
