
Start your weekend with Soulful Strength & Stretch, a 60-minute Saturday morning class (9:30–10:30 AM) designed to help you feel strong, mobile, and centred. This practice blends flowing movement, breathwork, strength exercises, and deep stretching to support pain-free movement both on and off the mat.
Step onto your mat, breathe deeply, and move with intention. You’ll leave feeling strong, open, and ready for the weekend.
