Join me in Elbow Park, Calgary, for a Monday night yoga class designed to gently strengthen, release, and restore your body and mind. This practice shifts with the seasons—offering an energizing (yang) flow in the summer and a softer, introspective (yin) practice in the winter.

All levels are welcome, though some yoga experience may be helpful. If you're newer to yoga, recovering from an injury, or looking for a gentler pace, try my Gentle Foundations class on Saturdays for extra support.
