Gentle, Grounding Yoga for Deep Relaxation

Join Sara for a Yin and Restorative yoga pop-up designed to slow down, release tension, and restore balance in body and mind. This class blends long-held yin stretches with supported restorative postures, allowing muscles, connective tissue, and the nervous system to fully relax.

Perfect for all levels, this session will help you:

  • Release stress and tension

  • Increase flexibility and joint mobility

  • Restore energy and calm the nervous system

All levels welcome. Props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets will be provided to support your comfort. Please feel free to bring your own props if you prefer. Wear layers to stay cozy and consider bringing an eye mask or cover.
